How to create a return

To request a return please click here to contact our support team with the following information:

  • Name on the order
  • Order number
  • Product/s for return
  • Reason for return
  • Exchange or Refund

Once you email us, our customer service team will review your request and be in touch within 1-2 business days with further instructions. If you’re wanting to get a different size or style you can jump right back onto the website now to get your new order underway while we help with processing your return. 

We can only return items in unused condition for change of mind. Exceptions for faulty products.

Please note we cannot refund the cost of shipping & return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer unless faulty.

I have returned an item, when will I recieve my refund?

Once we have received your returned item, your return is normally processed within a week.

*Please note: for refunds, your financial institution may need 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account once we have placed the refund on our side. As soon as we have processed your return you will receive an email to let you know.

If an item is refunded to you, you’ll receive the payout in the same currency from which you purchased the products. This will be issued to the original payment method used when initially placing your order.
